This single-story residence exemplifies a refined approach to contemporary design while maintaining a deep connection to Armenian architectural traditions. Defined by its elongated horizontal form, the structure is clad in locally sourced tufa stone, establishing a strong dialogue between materiality and the regional vernacular.
A linear circulation corridor organizes the spatial program, reinforced by generous ceiling heights that enhance spatial fluidity and volumetric balance. Expansive sliding glass panels optimize natural light penetration, seamlessly integrating interior and exterior spaces while framing curated views of the surrounding landscape.
The residence is crowned with a rooftop terrace, conceived as an elevated sanctuary that extends the living space into the open air. Through a synthesis of context-driven materiality, minimalist geometry, and meticulous spatial composition, this project achieves a harmonious convergence of tradition and modernity, redefining contemporary Armenian residential architecture.
